A little about us
Managing Director Ian Pratt, previously of Subtronic Ltd and with over 30 years industry experience, today runs this highly successful company along with Directors, Douglas Clarke and Adam Websdale.
All are proud of the experienced team of surveyors and investment in the best technology available, which has no doubt been the key to the continuing quality of service offered.
Subsight are an active member of the industry trade body ‘The Survey Association’ and have also gained accreditation from CHAS, Safe Contractor, SSIP, ConstructionLine and CQMS Safety Scheme.

Ian’s dedication to producing clear and concise surveys has greatly contributed to his growth and success within the industry over the last 30 years. He has experience in delivering large scale projects, often within tight timescales and continues to acknowledge that every job has something new to learn from.
Doug’s ability for the role was recognised at the early stages of his career and he has continued to grow from strength to strength, making him a valuable member of the Subsight team. With over 15 years’ experience in the industry his passion for the job has not diminished.

Alan Whittaker, Senior Surveyor
With an impeccable work ethic and an eye for detail, Adam has quickly grown into the role of the utility surveyor. He has a conscientious approach to every site and has acquired a wealth of experience over his first decade in the industry.
Alan is one of the cornerstones on which the company has been built. Over his 25 years, he has proven to be most valuable asset to the company.

Connor has risen through the ranks gaining the experience and tools to enable him to complete each task to the highest standards.
Sam is the most recent addition to the surveying team. He earned his promotion showing his aptitude for new technology and ability to problem solve on site.
