A little about us
Subsight Surveys was formed in 1994 by Stewart Clensy and Martin Weaver, both previously principal members of Subtronic Limited – the market leaders at the time.
In 2008, Stewart Clensy retired and handed over control of the company to Martin Weaver. Ian Pratt, who had been with the company for 13 years, became Survey Director.
The highly experienced team of surveyors and investment in the best technology available has been the key to the quality of service we offer. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and the high standard of presentation of our results.
We are an active member of our trade body ‘The Survey Association’ and have also gained accreditation from CHAS, and Safe Contractor as well as gaining pre-qualification status on The Building Register website.
